Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast provided a great variety of options, especially the selection of sweets. The garden was a nice addition, and the hotel's location was convenient for accessing main tourist attractions. The area was quiet, and getting there by car was easy despite being at the opposite end of the floor from what is typical in European hotels, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the absence of any lingering cigarette smell added to the overall positive experience.
The hotel had great and super spacious rooms that were fab, very clean, and had everything we needed and more, but the overall standard felt fairly poor to me. The service was always courteous and very helpful, offering amenities like shampoo and toothpaste. The location was ideal, being close to the train station and tourist attractions; however, it was slightly further from Arena Square than I would have preferred. The dining experience was not the best with limited choices and below expectations, especially considering the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large and nicely decorated but felt a bit old; however, I appreciated having a fridge in my room. On the downside, my room was located next to the hotel's cleaning staff room. The service was uniformly courteous and gracious, although they took our passports for more than 30 minutes. I found the staff nice and polite, but the thin walls allowed noise from neighboring rooms. As for the location, it was incredibly convenient, with good parking and friendly staff, although I felt it was really overpriced. The dining experience was simple but quick, with a tasty buffet spread and the option to dine indoors or outdoors. Despite the positives, the price may not match the value offered. Overall, a decent stay.
The hotel rooms were lovely, with good bathroom facilities, especially nice hooks to hang clothes up and a stool for sitting before the upgrade. The room, though of decent size, felt a bit strange having three beds, but it had a really nice bathroom. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the train station and all tourist attractions, making it a fantastic base for exploring Venice, Milan, and Lake Garda. The dining experience was pleasant but lacked variety, with limited choices and odd-tasting orange juice. The service was consistently helpful throughout our stay, ideal for day trips and relaxing after a busy day exploring Verona.
The hotel had comfortably furnished rooms that were very clean but needed redecoration. They were a bit larger than typical Italian hotel rooms. The service was informative and helpful, though a staff member's behavior was unacceptable. The location was good but slightly far from Arena Square for less mobile guests. The dining was of good quality and had both indoor and outdoor seating. Overall, a mixed experience that could be improved.
The hotel had lovely and clean rooms with good bathroom facilities, although a bit in need of redecoration. The service was very helpful and friendly, except for a negative encounter by an employee. The dining experience was pleasant overall, with a few minor drawbacks. The facilities were decent, catering to basic needs.
